Wedding package ($8,200)

*Up to 180 Guests

Includes:

• Four hour reception window with the opportunity to add-on up to two additional hours for $400 per hour
• No additional cost for ceremony (white folding chairs available for $4 per chair)
• Use of tasting room, main hall and outdoor pavilion/courtyard area
• Tables, tablecloths and chairs
• Additional tables for appetizers, cookies, seating cards, guest book, etc.
• Use of any of the wineries decor and signage (centerpieces, greenery, lanterns, card box, etc.)
• One bartender and the ability to bring in your own liquor and beer (minimum 4 case purchase of Red Fox Winery Wine)
• 9oz and 12oz plastic glasses for the bar with white beverage napkins and stirrers
• Complimentary self-serve beverage station for guests with water, lemonade and iced tea
• Use of our taps for the bar
• Setup window the day before the event (9am to 2pm)
• Set-up and Clean-up after event
• Use of any vendors that you choose (DJ, Cake, Caterer, etc.)
• Cabins will only be available to those associated with the wedding (Cabins $200 each)
• Winery will close one hour before the event for preparation
• Day-of event wedding coordinator
• We also add-on a $250 service fee on our main wedding package to cover gratuity to our employees.

Pop-up wedding package ($4,000)

* All you need to do is show up!

Includes:

• Four hour reception window
• Ceremony (Choice of courtyard or inside)
• Tables, tablecloths and chairs
• Use of main hall – hall will be set up and decorated by Red Fox Winery
• One bartender and choice of any of the Red Fox Winery bar packages
• 9oz and 12oz plastic glass for the bar with white beverage napkins and stirrers
• Complimentary self-serve beverage station for guests with water, lemonade and iced tea
• Available Friday evenings 6-10pm and Saturdays 5-9pm or 6-10pm

Small party package ($950)

Includes:

• Four hour use of main hall area
• Use of tables and chairs (Tablecloths available at $15 per tablecloth)
• Additional tables for appetizers, desserts, gifts, etc.
• If bringing in your alcohol, a bartender is needed for an additional $200

Pavilion and Back Bar rental

• $200 per hour
